First Step Program

At our First Step program, single mothers will assess for the program once accepted. You must participate in case management, therapy, and programming to assess their short-term needs and set plans for lasting independence.

8-Step /Transitional Housing Programs

At our 8-Steps program, single mothers and new moms will participate in our transitional program designed to fully equip and empower women to establish long term stability and transition out of homelessness by participating in case management, therapy, and educational classes. Single mothers can participate in the program up to 2 years.

• First Time Homeownership

• Mentor Program

• Transitional Housing Program

Applicants to the program must be committed to engaging in programming and services, proactively work a productivity plan (which includes 20 hours of work or schooling weekly) and be willing to live in a structured communal environment.

Eligibility Requirements

• Single mother

• Currently homeless, soon to be homeless, or living in an unsafe living environment

• Age 18 years or older

• Section-8 voucher, waiting for housing

• Proactively pursuing sobriety and managing mental health concerns

Application Process

The application includes the following steps and may take up to 2 weeks.
